Due to on-going business development, a position has arisen in our highly successful Bodmin office for a property advisor/ administrator. 

We are looking for a candidate with exceptional client care skills and a high level of I.T. competency particularly with Microsoft Office. Your role will include producing statistical reports for our valued clients, conducting property viewings, reporting viewing feedback and processing offers through to legal completion. In addition, general office admin duties are part of the role which will require attention to detail and strong organisational skills.

Formal and informal training offered to the successful applicant and whilst direct “day to day” estate agency experience is preferred, it is not essential. Salary will be dependent on experience.

Hours of work to be Monday- Friday 8.45 – 5.30 pm with a 1 in 4 Saturday rota 9 am – 4 pm.

This role will be a fixed period of 12 months with a full expectation that it will widen out to a sustainable long term role. We offer a friendly and targeted working environment. A clean full drivers licence is required as well as access to a suitable vehicle.
